What’s A Sure Cure For Pigging Out?

January 11th, 2010 by videos1

Vegetating doesn’t make you a vegetarian. I know. I’ve been a non-flesh eater for over twenty years. I’m not the Noah of nourishment, trying to save the animals. I can’t digest animal protein, so it’s my way to help my leather-wearing self feel better about what I eat.
Being a necessary life change, however, didn’t make it an easy one. I had to bite the bullet with teeth scientists say prove humans are meant to be herbivores and go cold turkey - so to speak.
Although my husband thought it would be a passing phase - like aroma therapy or psychic readings - my sons were supportive. Okay, they were supportive as soon as they realized they wouldn’t have to eat liver again.
When cooking, I no longer throw the bull, get my goose cooked or consider the meat of the matter. Eating out is different. Then the men in my family turn into “wherewolves”, as in where can they get their animal protein fix.
Chinese, Indian, Italian and Thai are all vegetarian-friendly cuisines; and going to a steak house doesn’t have to be a mi-stake. I can make a meal of side dishes or have potato and salad. Worse case scenario, I can ask for extra olives in my martini.
Many people think being a vegetarian requires unappetizing self-discipline. It doesn’t. The versatility of vegetables literally runs the gamut from soup to nuts. It’s parsnips, rutabagas and turnips that give being a vegetarian a bad name.
Of course, the pale, tattooed, body-pierced , multicolored-haired cashiers in health food stores don’t improve the image. The good news is their appearances aren’t caused by a deficiency in animal protein.
Soy beans are the vegetarians’ protein. These beans can be turned into burgers, cheese - even ice cream. They can be turned into tofu for stir fries, curries and kebobs. Happily, they haven’t turned my family into meal-time mutineers.
No carnivore should feel sorry for me. I’m not missing food that tastes good; I’m missing cholesterol-laden food that isn’t good. As for things that really taste good - cakes and cookies are vegetarian.
We recently gave a cocktail party at which all the hors d’oeuvres were meatless - bruschetta, mini wild mushroom pizzas, won tons stuffed with red pepper relish and avocado, pastry shells filled with pear and Gruyere cheese. There was no reason for the hostess to be on the lamb.
All the guests, whom I’m sure were expecting less-than-succulent, stereotypical, raw vegetable trays, were deliciously surprised. Vegetarians have no trouble participating in the world of carnivores. We even meat new friends.

Why Astronomical Binoculars Are Becoming Popular Over Telescopes

January 11th, 2010 by videos1

Astronomy is taught in universities, colleges, and selected high schools today. While observing the stars is considered a scholarly challenge, amateur gazers find it enjoyable entertainment. The opportunity to view the stars in an appreciable way requires a telescope. The need for using sophisticated equipment for viewing the stars has limited the number of participants. More recently binoculars have been used for astronomical viewing. The result is appreciable for many people considering the easier mobility and simpler operation of the binocular equipment. There is a great difference in price, comparing a telescope and binoculars. Transporting a telescope has always been a difficult assignment because the instrument is cumbersome and setup is an involved process. The best binoculars for astronomy use are (7 x 50) or larger. Any size binocular can be used for viewing stars and sky objects, but choosing quality equipment promises better results.
The binocular rating has two basic parameters: magnification and aperture. The first number tells the magnification factor. A second number is the aperture, the diameter of the lenses. A (7 x 50) binocular shows a view magnified 7 times and it has objective lenses 50 mm wide. Objects will appear brighter with wider lenses. The area of land or sky that is presented to your eyes by using binoculars is referred to as the field of view. Astronomers have expressed these fields in degrees. In order to define the quality performance of their products, binocular makers present the field of view in mathematical conversions that show a variance of fields. Binoculars with larger fields of view may work better, but the cost is considerably more.
When choosing binoculars for astronomical use, both technical quality and optical quality are important aspects. Many astronomers are professionals, but amateur observers have embraced the romance of stargazing also. Each group enjoys the beauty of the sky and they appreciate the gentle relaxation gained by watching the stars. Adaptation of binoculars for a telescope offered change along with creating new opportunities. One group of star gazers aims to enjoy their astronomical pursuits while using as little amount of equipment as possible while the another group requires a sophisticated telescope for their endeavors. Each group will choose equipment for viewing/observing the stars after consideration of all available information. Nevertheless, the capabilities of binoculars appeal to both groups as they choose equipment that best fits their needs.
Regardless of whether you choose to use telescopes or astronomical binoculars stargazing ans planet watching is a rewarding and educational pastime that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. This is a super activity for bringing the whole family together.

Exercises For Seniors

December 10th, 2009 by videos1

Walking at a brisk pace is simply the single best exercise you can perform. If you are fifty years of age or older, it should be your activity of choice. To reach your goal of optimal health, resolve today to begin a regular program of walking, at a pace which will provide an excellent cardiovascular workout.
Before beginning any exercise routine, especially after age fifty, you would be wise to consult your physician. If there is anything on your chart that would call for caution, your doctor will so advise you. I am sixty five years of age and I enjoy brisk walking for one hour each day. I am careful not to exceed my maximum heart rate which is 155 beats per minute.
The target heart rate for me, for the greatest benefit, is seventy to eighty five percent of the maximum heart rate. That would be anywhere between 109 and 132 beats per minute. I maintain a rate of 120 beats per minute throughout my walk. You might not be able to exercise every day and you do not need to. If you are walking for 30 minutes three times a week or every other day that will be sufficient as long as you are training at a pace which will raise your pulse to the target rate for aerobic conditioning. If your heart rate is higher than the target for your age, slow down.
Taking your pulse as you walk is easy. Wear a watch and midway through your walk, stop for a few seconds to check your heart rate. This can be done by gently touching your neck or left wrist. When you feel the pulse, count the number of beats for a period of 10 seconds. Now multiply that by six. If for example you are 55 years of age and counted 22 heart beats in the 10 second time frame, your training heart rate is 132 beats per minute. That fits perfectly within the desirable range of seventy percent to eighty five percent of the maximum heart rate of 165 beats per minute.
Now you might be inclined to say you do not need to walk, you get enough exercise doing the household chores or walking to the car. Perhaps you play golf or go bowling. All of these activities are signs of life because while performing them, you are moving, but walking is different. Other exercises are good. Walking is great.
Here are just a few of the reasons for you to consider walking for health and well being. The degree of difficulty is low. You warm up and cool down by performing the exact same motion used during the walk, only you walk a little slower. It is a low intensity exercise with more time spent at a less strenuous level. You can do it alone or with friends. You can take your dog with you. During times of severe or inclement weather, you can move to an indoor track or mall.
Walking is basically an injury free activity, especially when compared to jogging. It is an excellent stress manager. No special skills are needed. No special equipment is required other than comfortable clothing and good walking shoes. Walking briskly provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. It develops muscle tone, endurance, strength and agility.
Walking out of doors amid pleasant surroundings gives you time and space to reflect. A good walk can lift you out of depressions, clear the mind, lift the spirit and even set the stage for problem solving later that day. You will lose fat, improve circulation, and expel waste matter through the lungs and skin. Increased intestinal motility results from the gentle swaying of the internal organs. Finally, walking fine tunes the metabolism, regulates the appetite, and increases your energy.
If you are between 50 and 100, a regular program of exercise can change your life and go a long way towards the prevention of diseases associated with aging. Why not get started this week? Speak to your doctor. Line up some comfortable clothing and break out those walking shoes. Aerobic walking is the best exercise, the best means, to eliminate or prevent sickness and suffering from your life, while extending your life expectancy.

MindCells strategic configuration of its Web Farm facilitates efficient management of servers and hosting on the Internet. Our Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 and Linux servers offer our clients a complete, flexible and competitive answer to all web hosting requirements
Client Requirement
Before the start of any software development project, it is important to get the need for the product. The MindCells team works with the client and his team to gather the essential background for the company, the systems they follow, the envisioned role of the product – where it fits in, etc. Gathering this data is a crucial brick in the foundation of every relevant product.
Market Research
In case of a Client request, Market Research is made to identify the potential customers need. In this process, the already existing need and the possible potential needs that are available in a segment of the society is studied carefully. The market study is done based on lot of assumptions. Assumptions are the crucial factors in the development or inception of a product development. Unrealistic assumptions can become a nosedive in the entire venture.
Research and Development
Once the research is complete, the team discusses it with the Client and formulates the final plan. The team then conceptualises a cost-effective system that could potentially solve the client’s need better than his competitors. Once the conceptual system is developed and tested in a hypothetical environment, the development team takes control of it.
Mindcells’ development method has the following activities;
System Engineering and Modeling
As software is always of a large system or business, work begins by establishing requirements for all system elements and then allocating some subset of these requirements to software. This system view is essential when software must interface with other elements such as hardware, people and other resources. System is the basic and very critical requirement for the existence of software in any entity. So if the system is not in place, the system should be engineered and put in place. In some cases to extract the maximum output, system should be re-engineered and spiced up. Once the ideal system is engineered or tuned up, the development team studies the software requirement for the system.
Software Requirements Analysis
In this phase, the development team investigates the need for possible software automation in the given system. By the end of the this study, the team furnishes a document that holds the different specific recommendations for the candidate system. It also includes the personnel assignments, costs, project schedule, and target dates. To understand the nature of the program(s) to be built, the system engineer (”analyst”) must understand the information domain for the software, as well as required function, behavior, performance and interfacing. The essential purpose of this phase is to find the need and to define the problem that needs to be solved.
System Analysis and Design
In this phase, the software’s overall structure and its nuances are defined. In terms of the client/server technology, the number of tiers needed for the package architecture, the database design, the data structure design etc are all defined in this phase. Analysis and Design are very crucial in the whole development cycle. Any glitch in the design phase could be very expensive to solve in the later stage of the software development. Much care is taken during this phase. The logical system of the product is developed in this phase.
Code Generation
The design must be translated into a machine-readable form. The code generation step performs this task. If design is performed in a detailed manner, code generation can be accomplished with out much complication. With respect to the type of application, the right programming language is chosen.
Testing
Once the code is generated, the program testing begins. Different testing methodologies are available to unravel the bugs that were committed during the previous phases. Different testing tools and methodologies are already available.
Maintenance
Software will definitely undergo change once it is delivered to the customer. There are many reasons for the change. Change could happen because of some unexpected input values into the system. In addition, the changes in the system could directly affect the software operations. The software should be developed to accommodate changes that could happen during the post implementation period.
Conclusion
Timing is very crucial in software development. If a delay happens in the development phase, the market could be taken over by the competitor. Also if a ‘bug’ filled product is launched in a short period of time (quicker than the competitors), it may affect the reputation of the company. So, there should be a tradeoff between the development time and the quality of the product. Customers don’t expect a bug free product but they expect a user-friendly product.

Want to Loose Weight? Eat Right, Exercise and Face the Emotions that Drive Your Eating Habits!

December 10th, 2009 by videos1

So many of us have tried diets (lots of them!) and started exercise programs… we know losing those extra pounds is good for us… we want to be healthier… we want to succeed… and contrary to popular belief we DO have willpower. So what’s the problem?
According to Dr. Matthew Anderson, a counselor, organizational consultant, columnist for eDiets.com and author of The Prayer Diet, a spiritually based weight loss program diets fail for the most part because they address the externals of loosing weight, rather than the emotional issues behind our eating habits. Why? These changes are not the quick, easy fixes we’ve been taught to expect when it comes to weight loss… which is why they don’t get more attention from many diet gurus. Fixing the emotional stuff is hard.
Dr. Anderson suggests that there are five internal issues that can block your success when it comes to losing weight and improving your health:
1. Inadequate Mothering - Most overweight people use food to “mother” themselves, and this may well be because they didn’t get enough nurturing when they were young. Comfort food becomes a solution that provides all the sweetness, care, love, attention, affirmation, acceptance and validation that their own mother was unable to give.
2. Avoiding Strong Emotions - Far from pleasant, intense feelings like anger, fear, hurt or guilt are often so hard to face… hard to deal with… and easier to bury, to avoid altogether. Food provides much needed comfort and distraction until these terrible, troubling feelings pass.
3. Deprivation of Spiritual Needs - Spirituality is a basic human need (not a choice). These days this part of life is often tossed aside in the hustle and bustle of jobs, kids and other obligations. The harder we push soul needs aside, the more intense they become… driving many of us to food for comfort.
4. Inadequate Stress Management Skills - Life these days is hectic and hurried… and growing tougher and more challenging all the time. Anyone who doesn’t have solid coping skills is much more likely to turn to food for comfort. Digging into a bag of chips or munching a delicious doughnut is a much more pleasant way of handling the constant stress and challenges of a fast-paced life.
5. Childhood Traumas - If you’re more than 70 pounds overweight, according to Dr. Anderson, there is a significant possibility that your weight is related to unresolved childhood pain. Early on you learned that food offered comfort and solace from the pain, and this behavior pattern, once established, has been brought forward into your life today.
According to Dr. Anderson, long-term, lasting weight loss comes only after we identify the emotional triggers to our eating, and learn to manage them. This is not a quick or easy fix. It takes time, effort and a good deal of soul-searching to identify what’s driving your behavior and keeping you on the path to unhealthy eating.
And in case you’re wondering Dr. Anderson practices what he preaches. By facing up to the emotional reasons for his own overeating, he lost 65 pounds, and has kept 55 of it off for the last 5 years.
So while the emotions behind our eating may be the reason diets and exercise programs continue to fail us; dealing with these troublesome problems may be our ticket off the diet merry-go-round.

The MySpace Phenomenon

December 10th, 2009 by videos1

These days it seems like anyone who is anyone is on MySpace. In a short time MySpace has literally exploded from just a few members to millions of members around the world. This astounding phenomenon has made MySpace one of the most popular websites around and a virtual necessity for those who want to make friends through an online community or find old friends with whom they have lost contact. It has become one of the first places many Internet users turn when they want to learn more about someone in particular or make new friends.
A few years ago the term, “Google it” became synonymous for the practice of using a search engine to find more information about a particular person or subject. Internet users were using the term “Google it” even when they were using different search engines because the name Google had been branded so well it became somewhat of a generic term for search engine. MySpace is well on its way to becoming the brand synonymous with online communities. Although there are other websites which offer similar services, MySpace is quickly becoming the most dominant one.
Who is On MySpace?
The answer to this question is just about everyone. While this answer is not nearly true it is also very appropriate. It is not nearly true because in terms of factual evidence, despite the large number of MySpace members, there are still many more people in the world who do not participate in the MySpace online community. However, an answer of everyone to this question is also fitting because individuals from different cultures around the world and different age groups are all using MySpace.
Unlike online message boards and discussion forums where members are usually somewhat similar and share a particular interest, there are members who are vastly different in the MySpace community. MySpace members represent just about all nationalities, sexual orientations, financial levels, occupations, political beliefs, religions and other variables. While it is true that members who are vastly different may not be interacting to a tremendous extent on MySpace there is certainly representation from all walks of life on MySpace.
MySpace Lurkers
We have already discussed the extent of members on MySpace but the MySpace community is really much larger than the membership of the website. It is important to note that members websites are viewable to the public unless they are specifically designated as private websites. This means many members websites can be viewed by those who do not join MySpace. These individuals are known as lurkers and they effectively increase the size of the community by an immeasurable number.
Lurkers may be completely harmless individuals who are just looking to read about others but who have no interest in sharing their own personal information or they can be predators. The latter is more serious because these lurkers can use the information they find on MySpace to stalk or otherwise harass members of their own community. Many members of MySpace include both pictures and their hometown on their MySpace profile. This information can be used, by unscrupulous predators, to gather more information about the individual. For this reason care should always be used when posting information on MySpace.
Why Aren’t You on MySpace?
If you aren’t on MySpace, many of your friends may wonder why especially if they use this community. In fact many members of MySpace join simply as a way to have fun and keep in touch with their friends and relatives. However, there are number of reasons some individuals may not join MySpace. For many time constraints is a significant factor which leads them to avoid joining MySpace. MySpace can become somewhat addicting with members spending increasing amounts of time updating their website or searching for new friends in the community.
Others may not participate in MySpace because they find some websites in the community to be offensive. There are guidelines regarding the types of materials which can be posted on MySpace but there is always the potential for questionable materials to escape the attention of the MySpace administrators. There is also the possibility that members will be offended by content that is permissible.

Enhance Your Garden Surroundings With Landscape Lighting

December 7th, 2009 by videos1

If you have a garden, yard or walkway that you intend to light up you may consider landscape lighting.
It enhances the beauty of your house and landscape around it, be it a garden or a yard or a walkway. This innovative art of lighting adds an elegance that usually compliments the natural look of the landscape.
Often it is used to produce an array of brilliant effects by highlighting a unique aspect of the house, be it the entryways, shrubs or other features. It is in the process of developing into an art, much like interior designing and gardening.
What are the benefits of landscape lighting?
- Beautification of the house and surroundings - Brightening up of outdoor leisure areas like swimming pools, gazebos and patios - Provides a sense of security by lighting up walkways - Provides you a sense of gratification and peace of mind.
What are the various kinds?
You have a variety of options to choose from:
- Low voltage. If you are really interested in conserving energy, you may opt for low voltage landscape lighting. It will enhance the beauty of the house and the yard without exhausting energy resources.
- Solar. This is a natural method of conserving energy. Solar stores energy from the sun during the day. At night, when it is dark this saved energy is used for lighting.
- Outdoor. You also have the regular options lighting the outdoor as well.
Do all the lights and equipments look the same?
Well, variety is the keyword again. Most landscape lighting equipments are intended to compliment the natural look of the yard. You have the option of choosing from a tulip light, a bell light, a pineapple light (our Hawaiian friends believe in welcoming people this way) or a mini lantern light. You can have a path lighter that can enhance the look of the walkway as well.
How do I acquire it?
Designing an elegantly lit yard may not be a very easy task. Soliciting professional advice would ensure an elegant and safe solution. The Internet can lead you to a large number of professionals who are experts in this field.
What should I be aware of?
Safety is very important. It is always wise to seek the advice of a professional and ensure that you use safe and energy efficient landscape lighting.
You also need to be aware of light pollution and the havoc that it may cause to your surroundings and the environment. Misused or misdirected light as a result of inappropriate application of outdoor lighting usually causes Light pollution. Light pollution wastes natural resources and pollutes the environment by generating needless electricity. It harms nocturnal wildlife. Moreover, it can cause accidents as misdirected lights can perilously glare in the eyes of people walking by or driving past.
Smart and conscious application will add that much desired dramatic effect to your house and surroundings. So if you would like to compliment the beauty of your natural landscape or draw attention to the designs in your landscape, opt for landscape lighting and enhance the beauty of your home.

Bruce Springsteen - Magic

December 7th, 2009 by videos1

The embodiment of the American dream
Bruce Springsteen, an influential American singer-songwriter and guitarist, was born in 1949 in a small New-Jersean town. He made up his mind to be a musician at 7, having seen Elvis Presley’s concert on TV. His parents were rather poor, and Bruce’s mother had to take a loan to buy him a good guitar. That is why the main themes of Springsteen’s music are people living from hand to mouth and politics. Bruce strated making performances in 1965, in 1972 he gathered the E Street Band, though for a couple of years it was not called so. Springsteen and the E Street Band worked together for many years, though parted in 1989. Bruce Springsteen is best known for his albums Born To Run and Born In The U.S.A.. He has multiple Grammies and an Oscar for the Philadelphia soundtrack. He is also the inventor of lo-fi music that became the cult genre now among indie-rockers. In the ealry 2000s Springteen reunited with the E Street Band. In 2007 the artist recorded Magic, his long waited and first in about 5 years album with the E Street Band.
Magic: magically good
Magic contains 10 brand new songs by Springsteen and one alredy heard, Long Walk Home. The first single from the album, Radio Nowehere, is a very touching composition with deep lyrics. Girls In Their Summer Clothes is a very good rocky song with the E Street Band having done their best. A very beautiful work is for sure Gypsy Byker, it has an upbeat romantic melody reminding of travelling at high speeds on the American highways. Magic, the title track of the album, can boast of a wonderful arrangement and meditative melody, creating magical atmosphere thanks to the rythmical tinkling of the tambourine. The final track on Magic, Devil’s Arcade, is the only one that deals with politics. It has a very strong lyrics and powerful images that are sure to leave no one calm. This song gives a perfect insight in Springsteen’s origination and his political views. Moreover, after listening it leaves everyone with a clear own view on these questions even if you are far from it all.
New masterpiece of the American rock-idol
Magic is the less politically oriented album by Springsteen in the last decade. The several previous albums (both with the E Street Band and without) were dedicated to the protests against George W. Bush as a candidate at the presidential elections, the Iraq War and the tragedy of September 11, 2001. The reason of such change is not commented by the musician. May be he just got tired of politics. Moreover, Magic was recorded in an extremely amusing way - during two months the E Street Band recorded on weekends, while Springsteen and his producer Brendan O’Brien worked over the vocals and made the dubbing on weekdays. It can be said about the result that this album is also the most guitar accentuated of all Springsteen’s creativity. And as for the sound, there are more romantic and pop moments on Magic that were not typical of Bruce recently, though were very usual on his very first records. Anyway, it is an extremely good rock record by Springsteen and his friends from the E Street Band that has great moments and for sure features some of the best songs Bruce has ever written.

Where People Fail When it Comes to the Law of Attraction

December 7th, 2009 by videos1

The movie The Secret has been creating ripples across the world. It features some of the world’s greatest teachers, philosophers, entrepreneurs, scientists, doctors, authors and financial advisors and presents the concept of the Law of Attraction in a manner that anyone and everyone can understand.
The trouble with The Secret, or rather I should say with people’s comprehension of The Secret and the Law of Attraction, is that many people only half get it.
They think to themselves, “Oh! If I just wish for something then I’ll receive it.” If only life were that simple. Also, you know they just might get away with it if they decided what they wanted and held that image steadfastly in their mind.
However, they may say they want something but continually look at their current circumstances which do not support what they want. They worry about how they will actually achieve what they want. They doubt themselves and the Universe repeatedly and then, as time passes by, they become even more jaded in their thoughts and their thoughts become increasingly negative and self-defeating.
Genevieve Behrend in her book Your Invisible Power wrote,
“When your understanding grasps the power to visualise your heart’s desires and holds it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfilment of that picture by the harmonious vibration of the Law of Attraction.”
Thoughts become things. So the thoughts we have become manifest whether they are positive or negative. The Universe always delivers.
I like to explain this concept to my clients using a jigsaw puzzle. It’s something I’ve stolen from Robert Allen though I’ve expanded it. Imagine you are given a jigsaw puzzle to put together. It could be a relatively simple puzzle with just a few hundred pieces or it could have thousands of pieces. The problem is you haven’t been given an image of what the finished puzzle will look like. Could you complete the puzzle?
Take a second scenario where you have been given an image but it is incomplete or the image is faded and difficult to make out. How easy would it be to for you to complete the puzzle?
Take a third scenario where you are given an image for the puzzle but the image keeps changing. You look at it and one minute it represents this, then that. How easy would it be for you to complete the puzzle?
Obviously, the best conditions to complete the puzzle are where you have a clear, sharp, well-defined image. Unfortunately, it is the former scenarios that we often present to the Universe - no image, broken image or continually changing image and then we wonder why things don’t turn out the way we say we want them to.
The key then is to create an image with as much clarity and detail as possible and hold onto to that image but this is not enough.
Recall the second part of quote I mentioned by Genevieve Behrend, or as she expresses another way,
“The conscious use of this great power [visualisation] attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognise.”
Some people think that visualisation alone will do the trick and get them the things they desire. No. It’s like arranging a date with someone, agreeing to meet them at a particular rendezvous and then you stay at home.
The Universe will move towards you. You must respond by moving towards the Universe and taking advantage of the opportunities that the Universe brings to you in order to achieve that which you desire. Darn! Yes, you have to do some work.
I love this quote by Winston Churchill:
“During their lifetimes, every man and woman will stumble across a great opportunity. Sadly, most of them will simply pick themselves up, dust themselves down and carry on as if nothing ever happened”
And that is exactly what happens. The Universe will make available numerous opportunities to help us achieve our goals yet we often fail to recognise them or take full advantage of them. There’s a saying “Don’t wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.” Having goals is important but more important it is what we become as we achieve a particular goal.
Of course there will be obstacles. That’s the whole point of this game called life. Would you play any board game or computer game if there were no obstacles or rules to make the game more challenging? Of course not, that would be so boring. Why then do we expect the biggest and best game of all to be any different?
So dream, dream big and hold on fast to your dream. Embrace every challenge that comes your way; brush the fear of failure aside and embrace the expectancy of success. You might not get what you want; you just might get something even better. As Joan Curcio puts it:
“Jump into the middle of things, get your hands dirty, fall flat on your face, and then reach for the stars.”
